May 20,  · For example, is the Third Imperium (which I think is 11, worlds) like Star Trek, where 1 or 2 Starfleet ships in a sector is the norm. Or is it more like Honor Harrington, where hundreds of ships make up a fleet. Or the Empire of the Fading Suns. Or Dune. Or whatever. Just little scale things like that would nice to know.

The two songs were an intro and “Unknown Harmony”, for which Orcrist wrote both the title and the lyric, since those two Ildjarn songs didn’t have either a name and a lyric before. During the winter / Orcrist released a cd compilation entitled “From the Forgotten Forest” plus a repress of their first demo, “The Third Imperyum”, with a few never released songs as bonus.

Inspired by the occasional "Ref's Notes" feature of the original Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society, Ref's Notes are "an informal discussion of some aspect of [the Cleaved Helm campaign] from the referee's viewpoint, with the aim of helping beginners get started and helping the experienced ref add a little spice to his game." Ref's Notes includes information which varies from the Missing: Third Imperium.

This chapter discusses the meaning of the word imperium and presents some reflections on it to provide a background to the sources on which Gentili drew for his own formulations.
