Healing of the Lunatic Owl was the only album released by Brainchild. It's not a very famous album but among the prog collectors it's a pretty respected release. That's because the music on this LP is very nice jazzy progressive rock. I can say that I enjoy this record very much too.

Digipak-CD! Brainchild is a septet that recorded their sole album Healing Of The Lunatic Owl in western London in on the A&M label. The album contains sizzling brass rock, which must rank among the best of the genre (early Chicago and If), but also with the much more obscure and even more brilliant Warm Dust and Galliard.

referencing Healing Of The Lunatic Owl, CD, Album, RE, Unofficial, Awesome album containing sizzling brass rock much more obscure and even more brilliant than Warm Dust and Galliard. Brainchild's line-up was basically standard progressive quartet, plus a three-man wind instrument section, including flute, sax, trumpet and trombone.

Healing Of The Lunatic Owl by Brainchild was released in , when bands like Chicago and Blood Sweat And Tears made rock with brass popular around the wold. What distinguishes Brainchilld from those bands are the art-rock flourishes added to this conrefordatosgimafourpnorotamoun.coinfo chord detours, tricky time changes and extended track lengths rule this album/5(9).
